Most custom pieces are completed in 3–6 weeks from design approval. Highly bespoke or rare-stone pieces can take 6–10 weeks. We share timing in writing before production begins.
Ready-made / stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition for a full refund. Custom orders are made-to-order and are final sale — but every custom ring includes complimentary resizing within the first 60 days on eligible styles.
Custom rings include complimentary resizing within the first 60 days on eligible styles. After that, resizing is available at a modest craftsmanship fee. Some settings (eternity bands, tension styles) may have limits.
Every Luxero piece is covered for life against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects — loose prongs, faulty settings, or clasp failures caused by workmanship. It does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, accidents, or loss. Repairs outside the warranty are quoted at cost.
All orders ship fully insured via signature-required courier (FedEx or UPS). Domestic delivery is complimentary; international shipping is quoted at checkout. You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece ships.
Custom orders begin with a 50% deposit once your design is confirmed in writing. The balance is due before shipping. We will email you a secure, encrypted payment link for card payment once your order is finalized.
