Lifetime craftsmanship warranty
Every Luxero piece is covered for as long as you own it against defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship — loose or failing prongs, faulty settings, clasp failures, and finishing faults traceable to how the piece was made. Bring it to us and we repair it at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, impact, misuse, accidents, loss, theft, or work carried out by another jeweler. Repairs falling outside the warranty are quoted at cost before anything is done.
30-day returns on ready-made pieces
Ready-made pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all documentation, for a full refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale — they are produced for one person and cannot be resold — but every custom ring includes complimentary resizing within the first 60 days on eligible styles. Some settings, such as eternity bands and tension styles, cannot be resized; we tell you before production begins.
Independently certified stones
Diamonds are graded by GIA, IGI, or an equivalent independent gemological authority — never by us. The certificate travels with the stone, and you see it before you commit. Grading covers cut, color, clarity and carat weight, and states whether a stone is natural or laboratory-grown. We will walk you through the report line by line if you'd like.
Complimentary insured shipping
Every order ships fully insured by signature-required courier, worldwide, at no cost to you. Tracking is issued the moment your piece leaves us, and the parcel is insured for its full value until it is signed for. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country and remain the recipient's responsibility.

Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, and a soft baby toothbrush is all most pieces need. Brush gently behind the stone where oils and lotion collect — that film, not the diamond, is usually what dulls the sparkle. Rinse, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on treated or fracture-filled stones, emeralds, opals, pearls, and any piece with a loose setting.
Storage
Store pieces separately, in a soft pouch or a lined compartment. Diamond is the hardest material there is, which means a loose diamond piece will happily scratch your gold, your watch crystal, and every other stone it touches. Keep chains fastened to stop them knotting, and keep silver in a closed box to slow tarnishing.
Chemicals
Take jewelry off before swimming pools, hot tubs, cleaning products, and hair or self-tanning products. Chlorine attacks the alloys in gold over time and can weaken solder joints and prongs. Perfume and hairspray should go on before your jewelry, never after.
Impact and daily wear
A diamond is hard but not unbreakable — a sharp knock at the girdle can chip a stone. Remove rings for the gym, heavy lifting, gardening, and anything with a grip. Have prongs and settings checked once a year; a prong that has worn thin is a five-minute fix and a lost stone is not.
