When you request a custom piece, book a consultation, contact us, or submit a form on our website or through our Facebook/Instagram ads (Meta lead forms), we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details about the piece you want — its type, your budget, and your timing.
If you place an order
Your shipping and billing address and your order details. Payments are processed by our payment providers and we do not store full card numbers.

Basic device, browser, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies, including Meta and analytics tools.
